Guest guest
Hi , That just goes to show you, everyone that gets a denial from their ins. co should contact them and find out EXACTLY what information that they have based their decision on. I was too foggy to do this at first, but when I had a good day, I called Oxford out of curiosity, and I'm glad that I did! Not that I think that I am going to win the 1st appeal...that would be too easy and not the way that my luck runs...but now that they have my brain SPECT scan results as well as medical documentation of deer tickbites I think that I'll have better grounds for an external appeal. We'll see. 1st Known Deer Tick Bites & Sx: '85 1st (Neg): '89 Cont'd Sx, Neg. s & No LD Dx: '90-'99 1st WB: 4+ Specific Bands: 4/99 Late Neuro-LD Dx: 6/
