Something similar has been tried many a time, it is unfortunate that

with the cognitive problems many of us have it is hard enough to get good

reliable answers from us, let alone compile them into statistical form.

Have you found sci.med.diseases.lyme newsgroup yet? That is a much larger

forum and may have some of the information you are looking for. You can

also access the newsgroup postings through deja.com. The LDF and the Lyme

Alliance have also done surveys, maybe you can check out their websites to

see if the results were ever posted.
