Just trying to keep smiling, and laughing (especially lately, with this scary cardio stuff). And, yes, why not have as much fun as we can with whatever we have to work with?! (and for the record, I do find this stuff interesting - just would rather find it interesting from a further distance at times) I think we all have the " right spirit. " It's just that the Lyme depression can put our volume on mute. In past depressions, I was still making jokes. I just couldn't laugh. It's like the Lyme blocked some brain network that the humor part would normally tell to laugh (and encouraged others that weren't very nice to me). I'm happy to share that one of the symptoms that has improved greatly for me on the core protocol is the depression - though I still have moments (maybe herxes), just none that, like before, seemed like an eternity. I think I'm so happy to have any improvement I can get giddy at times. Also improved is the brain fog (unless I'm even more foggy and can't see that I am :-). Just wanted to let people know this can all get better. Imagine all of us well and getting together for a LymeAidBuhner reunion! 'Love it! Guest guest
Hi, Ann, One thing that I discovered is that not all herxes are unpleasant. Sometimes the giddiness can actually be a herx. I love those - killing bugs and laughing it up - best of both worlds. I wanna come to the reunion!! D. Grpinfo@... wrote: Hi Connie, Thanks. I've been such a goofball lately! And a bit on the hyper side - probably goes hand in hand. I'll take giddy herxes anyday, too! " Herx me baby, herx me baby " … all night long! (Steppenwolf - now there's blast from the past) Gee, do we herx up old fun molecules or something? Ann

Love that stuff! > Have a beautiful day! Connie > Connie, Thanks for the tip! I did have a beautiful day, thank you. And only one scary moment (I wonder if anyone noticed me checking my pulse in public). I was out driving a good part of the day (errands), cranking music and singing. Wow, I actually visited civilization. It keeps occurring to me occasionally, as it did today, that I somehow forget to put music on while I languish in spirochete city. So people, think about putting on one of your favorite albums/tapes/CDs, will ya?! Anyway, I'm still upright (it's so up and down, this Lyme business). Oh, way OT, I went in a public restroom earlier and a woman was cleaning her hair because a bird had just crapped on her head (I hope she was a Lyme skeptical doc :-). There was a whole flock of these things flying all around the parking lot and I was afraid to go back outside and walk to my car! (I've become a major germaphobe, and doodoo on my do would not have made my day). Funny you mentioned party. I was just thinking on the way home I could use a good party. Geez, I miss having more fun!!!!!!!! Ann
