Guest guest
Vickie, I found my Senator's homepage, I would guess every Senator has one. Try www.senate.gov . From my Senators' pages there were addresses of where I can reach them. I didn't send The Bacteria Revolution site here to , whoever did THANK YOU very much! I didn't know that they updated it. Robynn Re: [Lyme-aid] Necessary Subtle Shift? GWS/FMS/CFS? LD? Robynn, (and ) Well Said!!!!!!!!!!!!Now my two (more like four cents, sorry) cents, if you can type posts here on Lyme-aid, that's all you have to do to the senate. I send new letters, just altered from my last letters a little, to my state senator and Schumer and Moynhan and my state Senator too. I also call and someone always takes my message and is very kind, but I feel like if we bombard them with letters they'll have to sit up and take notice. Robynn I liked your idea about sending them information from the internet. Do you send the links, or print the article out? I think this new article I keep harping about (The Bacteria Revolution) would really open their eyes as to how outdated methods in culturing bacteria are. I'd like to send the entire 14 pages, plus the numerous links involved. I'm afraid, otherwise they won't check out the links on their own. What do you think, should I send all of it, or just the link, or just quote from it? WE NEED TO DO THIS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE, I'm not shouting, just emphasizing. If we don't, nobody will, its up to us. I know its ashamed we have to when we feel our worse, but we'll maybe pave the way for our children, and grandchildren and maybe even ourselves. This has huge implications, not just for Lyme, but for all the new (and there are news ones all the time) bacteria's and infectious diseases arising on an alarming basis. Scientists need to have the funding and equipment for new research to replace outdate methods and equipment. Sorry if I rambling tonight and a little excited. I'm have one of my rare good days (a few days not actually, not normal, but better than usual). Thanks for anyone that reads all this.
