I have to take it for this sinus infection (since I'm allergic to most of all the other antiboitics) I'm wonderin if this is " herx material " .... Any plastic bubbles for sale? I usually take Elderberry extract for this kind of stuff and swear by it. Unforutnately, I started taking it too late. Hope this helps a little, maybe you will have to take it to find out if it causes a herx, here's hoping you are not allergic to it.
