I take 6 MSM (=3000mg) Methylsulfonmethane per day. My knees would hurt so bad

I could hardly walk, 4 weeks of this stuff and I could run! (now only if I had

the energy!!!) also take 25mg Vioxx(prescription) a day it is a new

antiinflamatory and I can not function without it. My mom visited me this

weekend and has bad osteo in back she took 1 of my Vioxx and it worked wonders

for her. Good luck! and hope this helped someone out there!
