Marta and all- Can anyone give me a ball park figure of the cost of the

tests? A rough estimate? Are we talking hundreds, a thousand? And the cost of

abx treatment I assume would not be paid for by my Medicare HMO either? Dr.

Pearlmutter's office is always busy and I can't get through to ask any

questions. ALSO, are any of you dually diagnosed? With CFS, Fibromyalgia,

Myofascial Pain Syndrome, Hypothyroidism?
