from another " onelist " i sub to.

something to think about...

>>>That first article makes an excellent point. I was getting increasingly

worse stomach problems, all the while taking my probiotics faithfully,

even adding in slippery elm and olive leaf. A friend suggested I try a

probiotic she had great success with, one that didn't even need

refrigeration and overnight the problem was better. Obviously what I

was initially taking was ineffective and once I got something that

actually worked, I was fine. I've been on this probiotic now for about

3 months, with no problems so I know it's working. I just pray I never

have trouble getting it.<<<

>>>I'll also respond to the list, because I've already had 3 e-mails asking

about it.

It's called Lacto-Plus and it's made by a company called Nutri-West. I

get it from a local chiropractor and I gather they market to

chiropractors. They also have a website (www.nutriwest.com), but every

time I tried to get on it tonight to see if you could order directly

from them, it froze up my computer. I swear this stuff works 10 times

better for me than the refrigerated stuff did. My stomach problems

stopped almost immediately, then I tried the old stuff for a few days,

felt sick again, so I've stayed with this ever since. I pay about $18

Can. for 60 pills and I take 3 pills/day with food, so it's more

expensive than what I was taking but it works so much better, I don't

care. I was getting so sick before I tried it (I either had or was on

the verge of having colitis) that I was thinking about stopping the AP

for awhile to try to get back under control. I'm not one to push any

particular medication, but this stuff was like a miracle to me. Hope it

helps someone else.<<<
