Guest guest
Marta, I've got a sheet that I used to track my symptoms. I ranked the severity from 0 to 3 for each one and then totalled them up to get my symptom score for the day. I also kept up w/ blood pressure and temperature, and had a spot for meds as well as special notes. It's in MS Excel, if you'd like to look at it email me privately. Guest guest
Hi Jim, Thanks but I don't have MS Excell program, it does sound like a great idea though the way you set it up with scores and all, I think I can make one up from what you have told me. Thanks for the advice, hope you are doing well, we don't hear much from you anymore. Hugs, Marta >From: jschm47974@... > >Marta, > >I've got a sheet that I used to track my symptoms. Originally the doc was only paying attention to the blood TSH and T3 levels. When we finally arrived at the edge of the " normal " range, he was nice enough to listen to my complaints about persistent symptoms and goose the dosage up just a little more. I have been satisfied with the results for about five months now, although folks on this list have suggested it won't last forever. I have relatives who have gone over to the hyper- side, though, so I know to keep an eye out for symptoms, one way or the other.
