The e-mail as listed with NYS site does not have any caps in it. The e-mail address I sent out to billions of people has Gov.Pataki (initial caps). Does this mean that nothing is getting to him.? Or is this insignificant? I am in desperate need of going back to sleep, so is there someone who could follow this up for me? Someone who knows something about computers, unlike me on web tv. It would be terrible if these e-mails are not getting there, but I am just too sick and tired at this moment to investigate. Could someone do it for me before things get more out of hand?
