Had to respond- I do have Lyme and have been taking this for years as Humibid

LA (prescription). It is the only thing the KEEPS me from getting sinus

headaches. I take 2400 mg twice a day with no side effects. It also seems to

help my asthma- seems to generally thin the mucus.
