I am the queen of sleep meds. The sonata (10mg) worked for me in the

beginning, as did all the other sleeping meds..........I need to rotate the

meds to get continued effectiveness..........right now I am rotating between

over the counter medications......everything seems to help a little, but

nothing really knocks me out for the entire night. A good night for me is

only waking about two-three times a night.............instead of the usual
