My daughters have never been tested for Lyme disease...Celeste has had

problems even before she was born......all of my children have had some

problems of sorts...but nothing like Celeste...she has Hydrocephalus *in the

third ventricle of the brain...too much CSF on the brain* and Dandy

Malformation *an enlargement and cyst in the fourth ventricle of the brain.*

Celeste is also a failure to thrive *meaning she doesn't grow as she should*

She is now three and a half and weighs 22 lb. 6 oz. She is on a feeding

pump......to attempt to get her to grow...but it is still slow pace...I

recently talked to one of the mother's on Dandy onelist of mine and

she believes she has Lyme's and that is what has caused her son Cody's

problems......She is diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.....what a small world at

times.....but yet so large on ignorance....*not meaning everyone, just a

good portion of the people* She is now feeling like she may have answers to

her prayers....she never believed she had Fibromyalgia, like me....but

doctors kept telling her she couldn't have it....... it is good to feel

like perhaps I have helped someone...thanks to all of my lyme family for all

your support...to help me get the courage to where I am today...and the

courage I now have for the future....

PS....all three of my daughters I scheduled an appointment with their

pediatrician on the 29th...wish me luck...I am going to demand they be

tested and treated........

,

Now I remember your previous posts about your daughters - Lyme brain. Anyway

I do wish you lots of luck with the pediatrician. Don't take no for an

answer. Boy do you have your hands full! My deepest well wishes to you (an

all)

Vicki

Thankyou Vicki you are a wonderful wonderful friend...don't worry about the

Lyme brain fog...I often have to reask things too.
