Guest guest
Hi Selma, and everyone, Selma- on reading this post and your previous one, I had an inclination to make a suggestion re being stuck. You are doing so much, kudos to you for your efforts. Anyway I got this thought twice, unbidden, so I pass it on to you - perhaps some kind of yoga, or other spiritual healing is in order? What I practice sometimes is Kundalini Yoga. It is very powerful yoga and produces quick results. Also I have a Chakra Healing CD. [in my case, I keep the CD out and look at it. lol. That doesn't do much good!] Don't know if maybe you already do something along these lines. Wishing you a complete and final success, ellen -- In , " selmanaka " <hardynaka@...> wrote: > > Hi guys, I added houttuynia a few days ago and then teasel. I was > only on andrographis.
