Hi Robin,

I can't remember what Buhner says about with food or not, but in my

own experience, I take them with food if they upset my stomach when I

take them on an empty stomach.

I don't know the answer to your chlorella question- I tried to take

chlorella (7 pills at a time) and found it made me sick. Do you have

any problem taking it?

Hi Ellen - I am taking about 1.3 grams of chorella about 3-4 times a

day. So far, so good. My stomach is sometimes not too happy, but I

am taking alot of other things too. For the most part, it is good.

Perhaps you were trying too much at a time? I like to go slow, so I

don't shock my system too much.

Hi Robin,

I always took CP herbs on empty stomach, never got a problem there.

I take chlorella togehter in the morning. I think one is not supposed

to take chlrella with Vit. C. I forgot the reason (something with

absorption, I think).

Cats claw need some acidity to activate (so if you take before food, is

fine). If you take after food, better to add some vit C, for example.

Hi Selma, I sure do learn a lot from you and enjoy your posts......the chlorella

should be taken 1 hour away from vitamin c because the c causes the chlorella to

drop it's hold on neurotoxins in the gut before they can be carried out of the

body. This is not an issue with IV vitaminc c ...just oral. My best,
