Sierra,

Good luck to you in your new adventure. I know how much you dreaded

your old job, even though it was a good one.

Sometimes the stress isn't worth any amount of money, if it affects

your health. I hope your feet cooperate with you.

If it feels right, it probably is.

The best of luck to you in your new position, Sierra! I remember a few months

ago when you were looking. I am sure you picked a position that will be

better suited to you. What will you be doing?

I will keep you in my prayers. Please let us know how it is going.

You've got my prayers coming your way. Leaving the stress is great and I hope the time on your feet does not prove to be too difficult. God bless.

I would appreciate members sending some positive thoughts and prayers my way. I am in the process of changing jobs, which is a little scarier to do with RA. I'm leaving an extremely high stress job for one that will be slower-paced and in an organization with excellent resources. The change really feels right. I will be increasing my hours and spending more time on my feet in the new job, however, and that's where I could use your prayer support.Thank you!Sierra

Sierra,

I can relate to your feelings and send you my prayers. I, too, and looking for a new job. I am a lawyer and I find it difficult to find a job that will be fulfilling, without being too stressful, and will offer benefits to help me maintain my health. I am currently in a job with a flexible schedule which reduces my stress levels, but offers no benefits and not enough hours. I am finding it challeging to find a job with benefits where the added stress of the job wouldn't outweigh getting insurance.

I hope your new job offers the right balance for you.
