Guest guest
Sierra, My instructor just taught a special Qigong class last weekend -- it was wonderful! We all couldn't get over how good we felt afterward. I swear my blood pressure must have gone down 20 points. I realized that several of the warm up exercises we do in tai chi are actually Qigong. I like that both tai chi and Qigong are very gentle and yet extremely effective in getting energy flowing and improving strength and flexibility. I did yoga for years, and even taught some classes, but I had to let that go. The Qigong has been a beautiful replacement. The principle is to improve the flow of vital energy throughout the body through a series of simple movements.Sierra > Hi Everyone,> > I just found this group today.
