Hi All, sorry I haven't been replying to any mail lately, but my son just

got

out of the hospital after a little over 2 weeks. What a nightmare its been.

He had Kidney surg, the 17th of May, then again on the 21st then got staff

infection and now has a central line and IVs every 6 hrs......but we are on

the road to recovery. I also wanted to let you guys know that I am on my

10th week of iv abx myself and doing much better. I am on 2 grams of

rocephrin 5 times a weeks and 500 mg of iv zithromax 5 times a week and I

can't believe the difference. I had a port put in while my son was in the

hospital (almost 2 weeks ago, because I got phlebitis in my picc line) and

that was quite a surg...was supposed to be quick, but ended up taking 2 hrs

15 min for they couldn't' access my veins so they went through my

juggler.....but it does work great. How is everyone here....I basically

deleted out all of my old mail for I had over a thousand pieces and just

didn't' have the time to read it so if I missed anything really important

can
