I have heard that the nasal spray vaccine is a live vaccine that we should avoid. However, my doctors all recommend that I get an annual flu shot and the pneumonia vaccine on schedule every few years. God bless.

My RA came about a month after I had 2 units of blood transfused. Getting shots is a very personal decision. There is so much controversy

over the flu shot, I wouldn't even consider having one myself.
