Guest guest
Hi all- The harder the mattress, the better the support. I use a 2" thick egg crate from Walmart for my bed, and I use foam to build up my pillow so i get good neck and shoulder support. I also use a few foam squares in a pillow case between my knees at night, and a piece under my hips. Talk about princess and the pea. On a seperate note- I am reading that Medicare Part D will not cover any benzodiazpines or barbituates in January 06. Apparently big drug lobby is behind the change all the way around. These changes are designed to devastate the disabled and elderly who are already financially bankrupt. I am going to forward the link I found. I think it would pay for anyone receiving dual beneift medicare and medicaid to read up on it, and everyone else in general. They denied oxazepam and I was going to pay for it retail out of pocket when to my shock and amazement, it was put through by medicaid. Be well everyone. Guest guest
The problem with this hard mattress theory is if you suffer RA a hard mattress feels like it's going to kill you if you lay on it. I bought a very good quality soft mattress, on top of that I put a mattress topper, it's very soft and conforms perfectly to my body leaving me with no pain when I sleep.
