Barbara:

That's still good news. He could be done in just 4 wks and 6 wks is

nothing! Finally, the light at the end of that long tunnel can be

seen. Thanks for the update.

Hi Barbara,

Those four to six weeks will fly right on by. Before you know it,

you'll be telling us that Korben has graduated. I'm wishing you a

speedy couple weeks!

Hi Emma, I can sympathize with the tonsils being removed as an adult, I did

that too, ouch.

Sorry to hear how badly you are feeling, hope it starts to settle for you.

As I write to others often, this is the time to review your lifestyle and

see what positive changes you can make that will ultimately change your

health. Even small changes can make large impacts if the change is

needed. I'd be happy to discuss with you some of these, many cost

nothing to implement, others have minor costs, but those costs are always

worthwhile in overall well being.

Welcome to the board but I'm sorry you have reason to be here. I just have RA with no complications. Well, I also have hypothyroidism but that is so easily controlled I tend to forget about it. A couple of years ago I got pericarditis and that is alos fluid around the heart. Mine was easily taken care of with 20 mg Prednisone for a week and the maximum allowable dose of Ibuprofen. I wish yours was as easy to take care of.

For my RA I'm pretty well controlled with Methotrexate and Remicade. I hope your reactive arthritis goes away as can happen with that. God bless.
