Guest guest
When we have to deal with mold, we take OoO and extra sea salt prophylactically (ie we take them before we clean up mold growth). I have also thrown coconut oil into that mix in the past, to good effect. Getting the mold cleared up and permanently eliminating the source did wonders for us, especially my youngest son who was the most heavily impacted. It may or may not be directly related to healing from the mold (it could just be because he began growing again), but while he was healing, he had a very high need for protein. Once we figured that out, we began cooking egg whites by themselves for him, up to 5 or 6 (he is kind of a big guy and was 19 at the time, so YMMV). He actually thought that tasted wonderful, which told us he desperately needed the protein. Good luck with this. Try biotin, and maybe some OoO also. >>I have numbness in different areas when it's worse. I never thought it could make your balance off. I don't know if this is relevant, but my son required taurine before he properly absorbed magnesium, and to properly absorb calcium, he needed magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin K, and lysine. > Read what some wrote about reacting to D & thyroid b/c their levels were so low. I corrected thyroid issues here with selenium, tyrosine, and iodine [in that order of effectiveness]. Dana

You can get a discount by mentioning this list. ARL tests for fewer elements. You can apply the counting rules to adult ARL tests only. They do not give normal ranges for children. Guest guest
Not only did I heal from mold, I even cured (and yes I mean cured) a severe allergy to it. I was blood and skin tested for allergens (true allergens, not sensitivities) because I was so sick. The only thing that came up, and it was severe, was certain kinds of molds. I worked in a very old building at the time, as well. Cleaning up the environment and/or moving will be the biggest help, but what really turned things around for me was NAET/Bioset treatments. It did take a while but it worked completely. I no longer take any meds for it (I was on 3 Rx meds and looking at allergy shots and an inhaler to manage). I was retested (blood and skin) and came up fine. I treated for yeast and parasites about the same time and that helped a lot. I used Candida Clear from Now for yeast, along with probiotics, biotin, and now I use GSE as well. I'm moving in 2 weeks as well - I know how busy you are right now - best wishes for better health. > > > Are there any families that healed from mold on this list? I can't handle citrus, so no GSE. Guest guest
, , It's good to hear from someone who has recovered from mold issues. I'm so sorry you were so sick. Mold is a mean. I've heard of bioset & have to read about it. I know about NAET. I'm trying to hang in there until before starting anything major with moving expenses. I'll check out Candida clear. I'd love to email with you more soon. I can't wait to sleep in a healthy environment. I'll be in touch. Thanks to everyone else that responded. Kathy calicocat477@...
