They have taken it off the website I noticed. Does anyone know (Mandi?) whether these will be refrigerated at customs? Apparently they've been there for awhile and I'm wondering whether they will still be effective. DTC said they would be sent with ice packs but surely those only last for a couple days at most. VSL say they last for 10 days without refrigeration but if they've been in customs for a long time then this would probably go over that. I don't want to pay £55 for a bottle that might be no good - anyone know? >>I doubt customs warehouse is heated and its been pretty cold of late, I'd be more worried if it was summertime Mandi x
Guest guest
I wouldn't spend that amount on something that has been sat in customs in just an icepack....personally ;)Sent from my iPhoneOn 14 Dec 2009, at 16:44, McReynolds <canadacath@...> wrote: I just called Dennis the Chemist to see why they haven't been sent my VSL3 which I ordered over a week ago and was told they are stuck in customs. Guest guest
I am neutral on this one. It didn't tackle the bad gas like I hoped it would, but we saw no negatives, either. My goal was gas reduction, so for us it didn't work. We needed to go GF for the gas. My guess is it is a fine probiotic. I can't remember if it is one of those that is not casein-free, so you'll have to look in to that if you are GFCF. We got up to a full packet per day.
