Guest guest
Best to have the bowels moving, I agree. Best to also stick with oral chelation. Digestive enzymes sometimes help with constipation. If the constipation is bad after antibiotics, it sounds like probiotics should help. Also, GSE and biotin can help with yeast. We actually have my younger son on miralax after taking him to a GI doctor for constipation. Many folks here on the list say it is bad stuff. But, we are at 13 days in a row with a BM and counting - which is a record for him. best we ever did was 8 days in a row. I know some of the metals will pass through the urine, but some go through the bowels as well. Hopefully some of the others that have been chelating far longer than I have will chime in and verify or correct me if Im wrong on this. Can anyone tell me how much oral mg equal supp mg. Thanks a lot in advance. > > J > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
You will never heal the gut before chelation. The metals are what is screwing everything up. You just do the best you can to try and manage the yeast and other GI issues while you chelate. Please don't wait to chelate if your child is toxic. The longer you wait, the longer it will take. The brain heals easier at a younger age. Guest guest
Sometime I give her noodles (from the test she is not allergic to wheat ). I'll try another anti-yeast fighter. I haven't use biotin and candidase, I think these are " new " to her yeast, must be much stronger, I am going to get them. Thanks for your help! That helped here a lot with bloating and constipation. Also, digestive enzymes. Maybe try different yeast fighters. We use biotin and candidase and it seems to be helping. > > Thanks a lot, Karla. I want to follow AC protocol and use oral DMSA, but my daughter has a especially bloating stomach & gut (often hiccup, sometimes wake up at night sleep with the belly getting bloated in 2 or 3minutes, even I give active charcoal still can't reduce the gas.I have try oil of oregano, candex, threelac, enzymes of Kirkman & Houston, Probiotics complete of Kirkman, occasionally saccharomydes boulardii (Kirkman brand, from 1 to 3 caps), now begin culturella, boswellia, Mag07(stop for it make constipation worse), and up ooo & candex. >   The serious problem of the gut make daughter also has the problem of sleeping, and often has a bad temper. >   She almost has constipation all the time. It turned right for several days after gave B6 & Mg & Probiotics last year. But after the doctor gave her antibiotics for a high fever I can't change her constipation (she was be give some oral or IV antibiotics since then that make more worse). Gas in the stomach and gut ---at first seem to be die off reation when begin prohibitting dairy and giving probiotics, then seem to be yeast and bad bacteria. I take her to hospital to have gastroscope and enteroscope find nothing abnormal only much gas in it. Doctor say it seem to be bad bacteria. >   Some say not to chelate before adjust the gut well, some say we can't adjust well untill chelation. >  I hope chelation can take good change on her, but also worry about the problem of yeast & bacteria & virus will even more seriously. Even without chelation, I hope some advice can reduce the gas, constipation....the pain of the child she can't express out. > > JL >  >
