Guest guest
Pam that is interesting, a friend and I from this board were just discussing that we also have always had the low blood pressure too. Our children have a very similar medical history. As I recall, your child's history is similar to ours. I wonder if the low blood pressure is a sign of metals toxicity. I can't remember if I read this anywhere, it would seem that having a low blood cell count or anemia might be a cofactor. Liz > > > > This has to do with blood pressure..My brother once accidentally stabbed himself in the end of his finger with a pocket knife, was a deep wound, but didn't bleed for long..he 'went into shock' from this and was very scary watching him go in and out of consciesness and speaking 'drivel'...he later recalled having a 'horrible dreamlike/nightmare unlike that of any other he had ever had whilst sleeping'. I have also had the same thing happen to me from just being winded. Guest guest
This explains a lot for me. I had a flu shot during my second trimester with my asd child. My third trimester was awful. I had super high BP, swoller feet and ankles and constant headaches. I gained 70lbs as well. I took Tylenol because the doctor told me it was safe for me to take for my constant headaches. Gee, I wonder why my daughter has autism? I had no idea the high BP was from mercury. This actually makes me feel sort of better now knowing that we are chelating it out. > > > > > > This has to do with blood pressure..My brother once accidentally stabbed himself in the end of his finger with a pocket knife, was a deep wound, but didn't bleed for long..he 'went into shock' from this and was very scary watching him go in and out of consciesness and speaking 'drivel'...he later recalled having a 'horrible dreamlike/nightmare unlike that of any other he had ever had whilst sleeping'. Guest guest
My son's pressure isn't low, but perhaps that comes in adulthood? I don't know. I've been borderline anemic in the past and just found that adding iron to my supplements (6mg) has been helpful. Don't know my iron status these days. I'm sure there are several subgroups out there with similar profiles. That is what makes this all so fascinating and frustrating at the same time... PLUS it is what makes groups like this so valuable... to find those like you and share information. Guest guest
Your flu shot during pregnancy story is the same as mine. Flu shot during 3rd month, though. Pregnancy was typical and then I had the flu shot and within 24 hours migraines and swelling began. Until my son regressed at age 4 after one of HIS flu shots, I never even connected it!! Regrettably, I trusted our medical system. I was told to take Tylenol, put on bedrest with compression stockings. My feet/legs swelled so much I went from a shoe size 8.5M to 11W while pregnant. I had high BP for me, but not according to the OB. I also had severe heartburn during this time and was told to take as many OTC antacids as needed to get through - after all the calcium in them will be " good for the baby " . I know for us it was not just the mercury, though. I have been extremely and severely sensitive to MSG for years - and knew that before pregnancy and TOLD the OB. I still was badgered about the flu shot, and I was an uninformed sheeple who trusted my doctor. I'd never had a flu shot before then but was told by the OB that if I didn't get one and I got the flu my baby would be brain damaged. How ironic. Everyone thinks the flu shot is just " common sense " , it's pushed every year on everyone, especially on pregnant women, and it is so toxic! When flu shot season rolls around I spend the fall/winter in agony as I watch the carnage take place - family members and friends get the shots, the elderly and kids at the supermarket, at the schools. We are ruining the future of humans. Guest guest
I was put on bedrest also. I was a nurse at the time and the other nurses where I work told me the same thing about the shot. They said that if I get the flu, the baby would either be brain damaged or die. Wow, looks like they were wrong. My daughter never regressed, she just never really progressed. She hit a few important milestones, but just stopped at a certain point. She never reached for things like normal babies do. I had no idea because she was my first. I have always had issues with MSG as well. It always gave me headaches. I'd never had a flu shot before that one either and like a sheep was scared into it. It's the biggest regret of my life. Guest guest
I told my husband I wanted to picket outside the walgreens and hold up a sign about mercury poisoning. He said that was going to far. I think about it every time I see the " Get your H1N1 here " sign. I thought about making my own sign like " What's worse, the flu or life long immune issues and autism? " Or maybe " Would you inject your baby with lead? Mercury is more toxic. " My husband would think I really lost it. Bad enough I already lecture his friends about vaccines. LOL Sad thing is most people think those anti-vaccine moms are a little wacky, until it hits home. My hubby's friend warned us about her son's autism and vaccines when I was pregnant with my son. I thought, " Poor woman, the stress of a disabled kid must make her wanna blame someone. " Wish now I would have listened to her. ________________________________ From: mosaictm <sunshine369@...> Sent: Sat, January 2, 2010 9:00:09 AM Subject: [ ] Re: Sudden paleness/ Now low blood pressure Your flu shot during pregnancy story is the same as mine. Guest guest
I had the same experience while pregnant with my 3rd child. The woman who cut my hair was also pregnant and talked about not vaccinating. I am the daughter of a pediatrician and the wife of an MD. I thought, " why? " , but wondered enough to question the MD. This was the time when vaccines were formally going mercury free and our community was one of the first to jump on that bandwagon so concerns were brushed off. Since I am now a member of Autism-mercury, you know how the story ends. I laminated several 'no mercury' and 'no vaccines' signs and taped them to the inside of my car's windows. I used to park in central areas at doctor and dentist office and then the thrill wore off and I stopped. I am happy to voice my concerns when asked and most people who know me know how I feel. Slowly, I am getting more and more calls from friends and family as they develop their own concerns. The public tide is turning. Let's just hope they don't buy the government garbage out there about safety and risk. Guest guest
Chiming in...I had the flu shot my first trimester. Had pre-eclamspsia. BP up to 160/100 when I had to be induced 3 weeks early. Gained 70 lbs, mostly water. Tons of antacids and tylenol. Interesting to hear others with same experience... Guest guest
the sad part that modern medicine fails to see is that pre-eclempsia is caused by magnesium deficiency. Antacids are often full of aluminum. And flu shots are poison.... We know someone who lost their baby, she was 6 months pregnant and the baby died....I think she had the H1N1 vaccine shortly before hand but they aren't ready to talk about the loss yet. She was perfectly healthy and had a 2 year old, so there was no real reason for fetal death other than the great flu campaign that took place shortly before her loss. No way that mercury is good for fetuses. Low bp is adrenals, and those are affected by mercury. Interesting how almost all health issues stem back to mercury.... Guest guest
I totally relate..I wanted to do the same thing. Signs a few bumper stickers etc. " Get your Free Mercury injection today at Walgreens! " " Don't eat the fish but take it in the arm, it'll kill you quicker! " " Want Alzheimer's? Get a flu shot! " but hubby said he doesn't want to bail me out of jail..so no signs...but I do refuse to shop there. It makes me sad for the little kids who were dragged to those H1N1 clinics since they have to live with the life long health consequences and no one asked them if they wanted to be part of a huge medical experiment. It's all sickening.... keep talking, it's the one freedom we barely have left and someone will hear you. I have since saved many new babies from vaccines because I keep talking. Guest guest
And sader is when you try to tell people you know, who are suffering from pre-e that maybe magnesium will help, and they treat you like you are crazy, magnesium is dangerous and if it was that easy doctors would be telling them that. Sad story about the flu vaccine, seemed to happen a lot this fall. I am currently pregnant so this is all hitting home. I avoiding the shot (obviously) but not without a lot of blacklash from family. I am really worried about this cohort of babies.. 2 flu vaccines in the fall and all.
