Guest guest
Jo and others, Thanks...So you think 12.5 is too high to start?  I actually think I am giving more like 10 or so because I mistakingly got the 50mg capsules, so I had to open them up and split them up into 4th and some sticks in the capsule. He seems a bit hyper today, but happy, no anxiety at all....just majorly hyper...but that may be do to all these supplements that he is not use to.   I have him on the following: Do these supplements look ok? Vit E 125mg 4x a day (garden of life) Vit B Complex 3x a day (Garden of life) Vit C 500mg 4x a day (Time release buffered) Biotin 300mg 2x a day Thera Response Kirkmans Mulit 2x a day Multi mineral 2x a day Zinc 10mg 2x a day Borage Oil 1x a day Fermented CLO 1x a day Milk Thistle 1x a day Magnesium 3x a day Plan on using charcoal after last dose Oil of Oregano 2x a day Thanks a bunch From: detoxhealing <detoxhealing@...> Subject: [ ] Re: DMSA / ALA Ratio? What is best 2:1 or 1:2 Date: Saturday, October 16, 2010, 12:03 AM  One of my boys is also 65 lbs. and he's done nearly 30 rounds. We got to 16mg ALA/10mg DMPS (rx) no problem, but 16mg ALA/25mg DMSA was not good. He has yeast and underlying infections which become more of a problem because a lot of DMSA lowers neutrophils. I am chelating three kids and in our family we use more ALA and less DMSA. Andy has said that 5mg DMSA will still pull some lead, so I will use 16mg ALA/5mg DMSA next time. But there are others who are fine with 2:1. Sorry if this is confusing! Having said all that, 12.5mg ALA might be a little high for the first round. You might want to do 10mg. Cheers, Jo > > > > > > Hello, > > > > > > I was reading one of the documents in the file about ratio of DMSA to ALA. The document said, : " A 1:1 ratio seems to work fine. Guest guest
Because it causes problems very similar to mercury and there is no reason to supplement it unless there is a clear need for it that cannot be achieved through a standard diet. It is a synergistic toxin with mercury and will make a mercury toxic person worse in excess levels. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hello, > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I was reading one of the documents in the file about ratio of DMSA to ALA.ÃÆ'‚ The document said, : " A 1:1 ratio seems to work fine. Yeast can cause hyper. Do you mean 300mg of biotin, or 300mcg? How much oil of oregano is each dose? Dana
Guest guest
Did you like the results from using prescription meds for yeast control? What did you think worked the best for you as a natural remedy? Guest guest
We tried Diflucan and Nystatin with no success. My son has been on Amphotericin B for 3 weeks and we see major improvements in attention, eye contact and speech. We plan on trying some harder drugs as soon as we get liver and kidney test results back. Sent via DROID on Verizon Wireless [ ] Re: DO these supplements look ok to start? Guest guest
I don't personally use or suggest you use a multi because you won't know what your kid is reacting to if he does. It's a lot easier for me to take everything separately and add them in one at a time because I am very supplement intolerant. For these reasons I suggest you give things separate. If I had to suggest one I'd say life extension mix w/o copper. It does have NAC in it so that will probably be a problem. There really isn't a good answer and it's best to take the basics separately. C, E, Zinc, Mg, Milk thistle, Fish/flax. > > From: detoxhealing <detoxhealing@...> > Subject: [ ] Re: DO these supplements look ok to start?
