Yes, they are the same. You can still apply the rules to look for deranged

minerals. However, the heavy metals seen would not be useful for determining

current exposures. Just excretion from chelation.

Hi Andy,

I know you are really busy, so if you are unable to get to this question, that

is fine.

I have recently taken a Porphyrin test to check my levels of mercury and other

heavy metals. If you are able to, can you let me know what your thoughts are on

this test? Is it accurate, or can there by false negatives?
