Guest guest
It helps rid the body of yeasts for one thing. If you have an overgrowth of yeast then you most likely have concentration problems. So in that case it would help. As far as other ways it helps concentration, I've never heard of any. Do a search for it at Mercola.com & see what comes up. Cristy > > Hi, > > Has anyone used GrapeSeed Extract for mental concentration & seen results? Guest guest
Grapeseed it listed as an antioxidant, and antioxidants have been thought to improve memory and concentration amongst other things. Whether or not it will work for you in an obvious way will be seen by trial/error. it is common to confuse grapeFRUIT seed extract (the yeast fighter) and grapeseed extract. Perhaps it is good for vericose veins, too. Supplements are often listed as being beneficial for many ailments. > > Hi, > > Has anyone used GrapeSeed Extract for mental concentration & seen results?
