Epsom salt cream - disaster

Hi ,

I posted earlier asking for a recipe to make the epsom salt cream. My trial

did not go as well. The petroleum jelly and the water mix initially when the

water is hot, but finally do not mix together. The water and the petroleum

jelly stand apart :-(

Anyone with success in making this cream? :-( Any tip would be appreciated.

I don't use petroleum jelly. I use a mixture of coconut oil and jojoba oil.
