Guest guest
I just recently started both of my kids on this and biotin, and surprisingly there were no negative reactions! so I'd like to stick with it for a while, especially since we are actively chelating and constantly fighting yeast. Is there a time limit for the GSE? I thought I read somewhere that you shouldn't use it longer than maybe a few months consistently. Has anyone here used it long-term with good results? Thanks for any input.

I used GSE daily for over 4 years, through chelation and anti-virals and a few other things. There did come a time when my son no longer needed it, but I had to give it daily for a long period of time. Dana
Guest guest
Yep four years on it here. My son only recently stopped needing it daily. About round 74. Now it's occasional on rounds only for him. I still take it daily...nothing bad happened yet. I have not read of any time limit. If you have yeast you can take it. If the yeast goes away you stop taking it. If I stop taking it, I get yeast again. Guest guest
Our Dan Dr says it's perfectly safe to use for long periods. As with anything rotating it is a good idea, so as not to become intolerant to it. Our kids seem to have the problem of becoming intolerant to anything we give them on a too regular basis, so if you see any adverse reactions, you should try laying off it & rotate other antifungals for awhile. Guest guest
Is there anyone here who gets confused too with the anacronyms? SOme of them are so similar. GSE is the worst! Grapefruit Seed Extract or Grape Seed extract OR Goldenseal Extract. How about GFSE, GSE, GE ? I'm very interested in GFSE threads but sometimes its hard to follow Thanks!
