Guest guest
It helps to control the yeast beast and it's inexpensive. hth - Darla [ ] Why is Biotin important and what does it do? I know Biotin is a form of a B Vitamin.....but why are so many using it with this protocol. What else does it do? I heard someone say they use it instead of probiotics which confused me? I tried to search the net but nothing gave much information.. Much Thanks

My son did not tolerate probiotics, so I supplemented with biotin with good success. Dana
Guest guest
This is fascinating. My son has something that looks like cradle cap on his head (exactly like it), but it hurts him if I touch it. I understand that cradle cap may be caused by a deficiency in Biotin. Does this sound familiar? My son is 8 years old and about 60 pounds. How much would he take? Martha > > I know Biotin is a form of a B Vitamin.....but why are so many using it with this protocol. The most yeast control I gave my son was 20mg 3x per day biotin, and 4 tablets GSE 3x per day. Selenium was also helpful here. Dana
Guest guest
Does GSE wipe out good bacteria? That's why I am afraid to use OoO again. Martha > > This is fascinating. Guest guest
You got my attention. My son, 8yrs old, also had this earlier in the year. kind of gross. I waited it out a week or so. I might have given him garlic oil and GSE but honestly, I didn't write it down. The skin lifted off of his scalp in what can only be explained as several huge dandruff flakes. Luckily not in school at this time. After a lot of scrubbing and a measure of complaining we got it off. (cradle cap is a yeast infection) So, I'm wondering who else might have had this happen. I'll be paying attention. Theodora > > > I know Biotin is a form of a B Vitamin.....but why are so many using it with this protocol. What else does it do?
