Guest guest Posted January 6, 2010 Report Share Posted January 6, 2010 It does not allow you to save it? try right clicking on the open image and select " save image as " or something to that affect, it should let you save it. Usually DDI or Direct Labs sends it to you as a pdf attached to an email. The other option is to rigth click and select copy then open Word and click paste. Once you get it into a file like that you can upload it to the hair test folder on this group and let us all know it's there.
