Guest guest
Betty, It took me awhile, but I finally found a cow share program I could participate in through word of mouth. A friend of a friend already participates and let me buy a gallon from her to try it out. My next step is to contact the farmer and get signed up. If you look on Dr. Mercola's website, he has a link to a site about raw milk, which lists cow share programs in various states. It is illegal to sell raw milk in many states, which is why cow share programs exist. Don't be discouraged if the programs in your state are all far away, I have found that in my search for both grass fed beef and raw milk, that there are some farmers who will travel to the suburban areas to drop off their products if they have a large enough customer base in that area. --------- [ ] yogurt making questions > > > I just got a gallon of raw milk and want to make yogurt. > Shaina
Guest guest
Thanks for the tip I will go and see where to find the raw milk in our area. I grew up on a farm. We raised cattle and had 2 milk cows for own use (milk, cream, and butter), chickens, own grains (no chemicals). I loved the raw milk that we used to get warm from the cow. I know that sounds pretty weird but anyone who has drank the fresh milk from a cow, will understand. YMMMMMMM The grass fed beef is out of this world too. Told my husband we should by a small acreage to have a couple cows and chickens that are not chemically treated or grown along with home grown vegetables. Guest guest
Just curious if you have checked out your local chapter of the web site: www.realmilk.com yet? That is where I found a raw milk supplier, which now I can't drink Take care, Erek > Thanks for the tip I will go and see where to find the raw milk in > our area. > > I grew up on a farm. Guest guest
> > Hello! I am new to the group and reviewing the articles. I am convinced I have candida and am looking for the most appropriate program for me. I heard that raw milk is okay to drink on a yeast-free diet. Can anyone tell me what they know about this? > +++Hi Suzanne. Welcome to our group. No, raw milk is not okay because it contains lactose, a sugar, which feeds candida, which is explained in my main article on candida. Please ensure you read two important articles, so you understand candida, and know what you need to do and why: 1) How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php 2) Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php There are also handy food lists, supplements lists, etc. linked in this articles to help you - here's the Candida/Yeast Section on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee

Guest guest
Hello , Raw milk and rice are not on Bee's program. Both are high in sugars, and improperly prepared grains are unhealthy. Unfortunately seasoning them well won't change that Best, andra group moderator > Hi > > I have been cheating, having raw milk, but have turmeric and cardamon as it boils quick. The ayurveda doctor in town says the spices will keep candida away (?). To be honest raw milk has literally saved my life, I cant eat anything - meats wont digest - rice and vegetables are OK - I know not suppose to have rice but use plently of spice is this ok? >
