Hello,

i thought i posted this a week or two ago but then couldn't find my original

post.

I was wondering about how much vitamin B-6 to give a 50 kg young adult who is

currently taking 100 mg of Pyridoxine HCI. What is the maximum one should take?

I am trying to give B vitamins for stress management.

For COQ10, i had the same question. Currently on 60 mg taken in the morning

with breakfast, wondering if i should/could give more? Looking to help with

energy, concentration, and sleep problems.

Also had a general question about probiotics and enzymes. My bottle of

probiotics says to give with food, but i have heard to give on an empty stomach

as well. Which is better?

For the enzymes, is it important that they are taken with food, before the first

bite of food, or a certain time before eating for best absorption?

I have tried out the search function, but found too many threads unrelated to my

question, so i thought i would just ask.

If you are using digestive enzymes for proper digestion of food, best to take

them just before you start eating.
