Im not sure if this would work, but maybe take some enzymes like Gluten Ease

before taking the meds. Tonic Water?

Hi Madeline,

Find out if there is a GF alternative. If not, either take it with HNI enzymes

or see about getting it compounded without the gluten (this may only work if the

individual will be on it for a while and the dose is expected to stay stable for

a while.

Anyone have some ideas about what to do if you are on a GF diet and *need* to

take a med that has gluten/ wheat in it? Is there a way to counteract it

I know she has been taken Lysine since time ago --how much should be the dose?

Maybe she has that wrong.

She's on GF diet and doing a anticandida diet with her naturopath.

I started my kids with 250mg and worked up as required. One of my kids required

3000mg 3x per day. The others [and me] needed less.
