OT: help with two conditons

Please, does anyone have any helpful information regarding either::

1. short stature (relationship to heavy metals, food sensitivity, others)?

2. young girl with continuous dysuria (burning with each urination) and

multiple urinary tract infections for 6 months, beginning at about 3 yrs.
