We use Adrenal Cortex for adrenal support. Unfortunately we cant use milk

thistle for liver support. The oxalate content really messes my son up whenever

we try it. We use Artichoke extract and small amounts of chicory root for liver

support. B Vits, Omega 3s, and Vit C are all good for the kidneys.

I've found that kidneys need support too. These are some things I have started

using:

Angstrom phosphorus

Electrolytes esp. potassium

Burdock tea

For liver, milk thistle is what we use. I am told dandelion root is good too

unless the individual is weak and thin. In Chinese medicine, dandelion is

better for people who are of stronger constitution, ruddy complexion with liver

problems due to excess rich foods.

I use watermelon for kidney support.

For adrenals:

Celtic sea salt

lysine

Wild yam extract (or eat yams)

A produce from Mannatech called " Plus "

For thyroid:

coconut oil

For the liver, the only supplement I have taken is Milk Thistle. However, I have

also found that removing other stressors (like toxic household cleaners, MDF or

particle board furniture, etc) is very helpful.
