Guest guest
I got gluten sensitivity after an intestinal candida overgrow. Some drs say if you avoid gluten for 6 months and eliminate candida, you can eat it again. But honestely, nobody knows the true about it. Gluten intolerance is very commun in candida suffers since gliadin and candida share a similar protein sequence. It looks like the immnue system react in the same way with both. My blood work also came back negative and my biopsy too. I responded to a gluten free diet and it is the best test so far. Gluten cause many problems and most candida suffers are gluten intolerants. > > > Hi everyone, > > Im pretty sure my problems are candida. I have a mouth full of mercury, am in the process of getting it out and then doing chelation, then will work on the candida. However, my blood work came back one test negative for gluten, one slightly positive, had a biopsy twice with negative results. Im wondering if that one blood test came back positive due to candida causing gluten sensitivity. Also wondering if anyone knows if once the candida is worked, if the gluten sensitivity can go away, or if I should go on the gluten free diet entirely. > > thanks > > > >
Guest guest
The issue is not just the gluten intolerance. It is also the insoluble fiber the fungus feeds on to increase the overgrowth. Guest guest
Wil, in your experience, which of the insoluble fibers are fermented by candida? That detail might allow us avoid one or two, rather than all insoluble fibers. Most of us don't want to avoid insoluble fiber generally as the fecal bulking and moving toxic matter out of the body are certain benefits, a solution to the constipation that the VATA personality experiences. all good, Duncan > > > > > > Hi everyone, > > > > Im pretty sure my problems are candida. Guest guest
Bonnie, we've discussed gluten sensitivity as being aggravated by and caused by candida several times on the list in the last six years. Remember, the same protein in gluten occurs in the candida cell wall. Once you become gluten intolerant you may not recover from that. all good, Duncan > > > > > > Hi everyone, > > > > Im pretty sure my problems are candida.
