Guest guest
I have a question about using CoQ10 with Tryptan. I have been taking Tryptan: about 2250 to 2625 mg. I am using this for sleep. I started using CoQ10 a few days ago: taking 300 mg in the morning. How do Tryptan and CoQ10 work; what are they accomplishing? I feel a bit drugged/sleepy. Is this normal for CoQ10, or is this a reaction with both together? Thanks for advice.
