Guest guest
Hi! We just started doing AC chelation on Tuesday. I'm wondering how long should I continue the rounds? I know most people do 3 on/11 off, but I was hoping to do them as long as possible to maximize our time off this summer. So, I was shooting for 7 on and 7 off. We are on day 4 and he is showing mild signs of increased yeast - a little stimming and minor poop changes. Is that a sign we should stop and give him a break? It's not that bad, so I'm thinking of pushing through unless it gets worse. Any ideas appreciated,
Guest guest
Most people actually do 3 on and 4 off, starting friday afternoon and ending monday morning. This works well around school. In the summer and holidays we double the round and do a 6 on and 8 off. We have pretty good success with this. Guest guest
Thanks TJ - do you find that your children need the extra time off when you double the rounds? > > Most people actually do 3 on and 4 off, starting friday afternoon and ending monday morning.
