Guest guest
You know, my hands have been really swollen lately, so bad I cannot wear my wedding rings. I have been out in the sun a ton more since the weather has cooled a little. I wonder.... It will be interesting to hear back from the others. My hands got all red and swollen and now all of my fingers hurt! Does anyone find this with the sun? I know it is important to stay out of the sun but I have read that you should get 15 minutes of sun exposure a day, with some AI disorder people needing even more. I know those with Lupus can't go out in the sun at all.
Guest guest
According to some of the side effects I have read steroids can make you more sensitive to the sun, so if you go out in the sun whilst taking them you should always wear a higher sun factor than you would normally do > > > I was just hanging out for a bit outside in the sun with my > > co-workers.
