He talks about 40 rounds being enough chelation. That is not true. Stick with

Andy Cutler's low dose/high frequency protocol and forget about the saunas,

enemas, clay baths and such. Cilantro and chlorella are unpredictable and

unstudied and will cause problems. The amino acids do not directly chelate and

the herbs mentioned probably don't either.

DMSA and ALA chelation will go 'deep', unlike what Dr. is trying to tell

you. ALA removes mercury from the brain; pretty 'deep' to me! He is looking at

people who are only beginning the process of metal removal (remember, he thinks

40 rounds is enough) when he makes his assumptions.

We say this so often it gets annoying... but this is a marathon, not a sprint.

I say no problem with digging! My personal experience of being in the place you

are now (info hoarding!) is that it made me put off chelation. I'm glad that

isn't happening to you.
