Guest guest Posted May 31, 2005 Report Share Posted May 31, 2005 The sugar in fruit is fine.........fruit juice is not because the way was absorb the sugars from juice is too fast compared to eating the fruit, which also has the benefits of all the fibre. In fact I eat fruit all morning, every morning. It's easy for the body to digest and a great way to start the day.
