The sugar in fruit is fine.........fruit juice is not because the way was absorb the sugars from juice is too fast compared to eating the fruit, which also has the benefits of all the fibre.

In fact I eat fruit all morning, every morning. It's easy for the body to digest and a great way to start the day.

Subject: sugar elim -- apply to fruit too?

Is the sugar elim issue equally applicable to elim fruit, or just refined/processed sugar?

, Thanks so much. I am so glad to hear this ... without any sugar, I think the diet's too hard to follow. I appreciate your always quick response. Cyd Dorey <ddorey@...> wrote:

Another thing to remember Cyd is that often eating fruit can kill the craving for chocolate, if you are one that suffers chocolate cravings.
