Guest guest
Why avoid cooking with coriander...I am intrigued at this as we use the essential oil coriander for my son's hypoglycemia and it works wonderfully. Please share you insight with me. Guest guest
Cilantro is a chelator. Basically is the leaves of the coriander plant. Im not sure that the seeds have the same chelating properties or any chelating properties at all, but why take the risk.
