Hi , I agree with you about the sugar elimination, it makes a huge

difference.

There are other foods as well that often help and of course ensuring your

body is getting enough water each day.

Congradulations to you for noticing the difference reducing sugar makes.

I emailed you saying yes to your questionaire and look forward to seeing

what questions you are asking.

Hi .

I am going to try the sugar elimination. I shouldn't be having it anyway,

but this will give me an incentive to fight those carb-cravings that the

Prednisone has been bringing on.
