Broke a light bulb - mercury exposure ?

Hello Listmates,

So far we have completed 73 rounds of AC Chealation. My son broke a light bulb

and I am worried about the mercury exposure. Has he been exposed and harmed?

He threw a few hours later in his sleep which is unusual. I am very worried.

On a side note, what bulbs are safe to use ?
