Hi to all,

I have been a lurking member of the group for a few months now. I am

a 41 year old female who hasn't officially been diagnosed with RA by

my rheumy, but have been told that I have elevated SED levels and

that he wants to monitor me in case I start to have full blown RA.

Right now I am taking 150mg of Clinoril twice a day and it seems to

help most all of my pain with the exception of my neck and sometimes

my wrists. I try to stay as active as possible and watch what I eat.

It seems to me that eliminating most processed sugar from my diet

helps me more than anything else. Has anyone else found this to be

true?

I also would like anyone who is willing to participate in a class

project for me. I am in the process of getting my Masters degree in

Social Work. Right now I am taking a research and statistics class. I

need to set up a study and evaluate the results of the study. My

hypothesis is that mental perceptions affect physical health. I have

developed a questionnaire with 20 questions relating to

positive/negative attitude. If anyone is willing to take a few

moments of their time to answer the questionnaire, please email me

privately and I will send it to you. I will also send you the results

of my small study at the end if you are interested. You can and will

remain completely anonymous.

Thanks in advance,

Gale
