Some have gone a lot longer than 7 days. For me, it is more the wear and tear

from night waking rather than the wear and tear from metal mobilization. As

long as your doses are low/frequent I think you'll be fine to chelate for

longer, but since that means you have to take longer off... doesn't it kind of

lead to a 'wash' as far as total time goes?

Still, my opinion is Go For It if you've seen benefits from longer rounds.

in this round as possible. Especially since we saw such HUGE gains when we did a

long round over the Christmas break. I thought the most you could go was 7 days

(so long as you do equal days off)...am I right? What is the longest a round can

be?

Thanks for your input, Pam. For some reason, I thought that I was seeing

positive gains from longer rounds (i.e. a week long or so-longer than the

typical Friday through Monday morning routine) because you are not getting that

5 day break in between and continuing through-therefore it is more intensive. Is

that right? I usually stop during a longer round when I see the boys

lethargic...and I'm using OJ in my cereal instead of milk :)
