Need help with Search - where is omnibasu?

I'm searching for an old post on Vit A high dose - I believe Andy mentioned

something to the effect that it is more a point of reaching a saturation, which

can also be achieved with lower dose over a longer period vs high dose.

I've taken 25000 vit A every day for 5 days straight and I see an improvement in

my own digestion. I will consider trying with my boy but I need to read up

first.

Where is omnibasu located? I cannot find it with google. What is the best way

to search the Messages?
