It is most important that it is RAW and from a clean and human (organic/NON

GMO... hey you can hope)farm/provider! Nubian and Nigerians are the best

tasting but they are all good to me ... just that some are richer than

others(more nutrient dense). I am not sure what state you are in so If I

were you I would look online and you may find your laws and providers. You

may have to buy at the farm, you may find a co-op. The internet is a great

resource. Realmilk.com Fermented Raw goat milk esp kefir / yogurt (easier

to make than it sounds)is esp high in B's and folic acid. With some organic

blueberries or strawberries....amazing!
